Tour Details

Your adventure begins in Manila, where the city hums with vibrant nightlife, eclectic dining, and a rhythm that draws you in from the very first evening. From there, the pace shifts as you find yourself swimming alongside gentle whale sharks, their enormous silhouettes gliding gracefully through turquoise waters. Coral gardens beckon you to snorkel among schools of colourful fish, while evenings invite you to camp beneath a blanket of stars on a secluded beach, the crackle of a fire and the sound of the ocean your only company.

A true highlight awaits with your 3-day, 2-night island expedition from El Nido to Coron. Here, time seems to stand still as you sail between remote islands, pause at hidden lagoons, and stretch out on powdery white-sand beaches untouched by crowds. Nights are spent on wild, pristine shores, where you’ll wake to the sunrise over glassy seas and feel as if the world belongs only to you.

Beyond the landscapes, the Philippines opens its heart through its people. You’ll share stories and laughter with locals over fresh seafood and perhaps a cocktail or two, learning phrases in Filipino that will earn you smiles everywhere you go. Golden sunsets paint the horizon, caves reveal secret waterways, and every day carries the promise of both adventure and serenity.

Philippines Tour - FAQ's

What Should I Do Before the Tour Begins?

You will need to arrange for your flight to Manila. However, we’ll coordinate an airport pickup for you upon arrival. Just tell us your flight details beforehand, and we’ll make it happen for you.

What Happens at the End of the Trip?

Your trip with us officially concludes at hotel checkout in Siargao.

From Siargao, most travellers will:

  • Take a van transfer to Siargao Airport, and

  • Fly onward to Manila, Cebu, or another destination to connect with their flight home.

If you’d like help arranging airport transfers, domestic flights, or timing connections smoothly. Just let us know — we’re more than happy to assist.

Do I Need Travel Insurance?

We highly recommend buying travel insurance for this holiday. However, it is not required when making a booking.

Do I Require a Visa?

For most travellers from Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, and the European Union, there are no visa requirements for stays of up to 30 days.

All travellers are required to complete the Philippines eArrival Card prior to arrival. This is an online form that replaces the old paper arrival card and helps streamline immigration processing.

If you plan to stay in the Philippines for longer than 30 days, you’ll need to apply for a visa extension, which costs approximately AUD $150. Extensions can be arranged once you’re in the Philippines.

For the most up-to-date requirements, we recommend checking with your local Philippine consulate or official government sources.

How Much Spending Money Will I Need?

As a general guide, we recommend allowing around AUD $50–$100 per person, per day for spending money in the Philippines. This should comfortably cover meals not included, drinks, snacks, tips, and personal expenses. If you plan to dine at higher-end restaurants, enjoy cocktails, or do a bit of shopping, you may want to allow a little more.

Luggage Recommendations?

When packing for the Philippines, think light, versatile, and tropical-friendly. Essentials like breathable clothing, swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, and insect repellent will go a long way, while a dry bag and power bank are must-haves for island hopping and long travel days.

All internal flights will include a 20kg checked luggage allowance, which is more than enough if you pack smart and stick to lightweight essentials.

If you prefer extra comfort, you might also bring along luxury items like your own snorkel set, an e-reader, or a travel hammock. To make it easy, we’ve put together a detailed Philippines packing list that covers everything from clothing and electronics to plane essentials — so you’ll know exactly what to pack for the Philippines.
